Cancellation Refund and Deposit Policy
Whanganui Tours reserve the right to cancel any tour if road, river, or weather conditions are unsuitable.

If a tour is cancelled under this policy, a full refund will be given on any booking payment received. 

A 10% deposit is required to confirm any tour booking with a total cost exceeding $200.
